What is the Texas HCS Program?
The Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) Program is a Texas Medicaid waiver program that provides individualized services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
HCS services help individuals:
- Live in community-based settings
- Increase independence
- Build life skills
- Participate in community activities
- Achieve personal goals
- Receive support tailored to their unique needs

We serve individuals who:
